He has worked as a professional chef for over twenty years, honing his culinary skills and developing a deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and flavor combinations.

In addition to his culinary expertise, Mike holds a Masters Degree in Business and – over the course of his career – has held a variety of administrative positions in the food service industry, which has helped him to develop a keen understanding of the operational side of the food service industry.
