Hand-trimmed chicken thighs marinated in Lani’s secret teriyaki sauce, grilled over an open flame, and then drizzled again in teriyaki glaze.
KALUA PORK
Pork shoulder rubbed with Hawaiian sea salt, slow-roasted for over 10 hours, and then hand-shredded. Served hot and juicy.

MACARONI SALAD
