TERMS OF SERVICE
CATERING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Order Confirmation
(Required)
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing the order to secure our catering services for your event. The remaining balance must be paid in full at pickup time.

Amount Owed
(Required)
The total amount owed for services is detailed in the purchase order / invoice.

Date and Time of Event
(Required)
The date and time of your event are specified in the purchase order / invoice. Any changes to the event date or time must be communicated and confirmed with Island Style Catering at least seven business days in advance.

Services Provided
(Required)
Island Style Catering agrees to provide the catering services as outlined in the purchase order / invoice. The catering services include food preparation only. No delivery services are provided. The customer is responsible for all transport of food.

Cancellation Policy
(Required)
Cancellation at any time will result in the forfeiture of the 40% non-refundable deposit.

Additional Services
(Required)
Any additional services requested after the initial order confirmation may be subject to additional charges. These services will be agreed upon in writing and added to the total amount owed.

Responsibility for Event Details
(Required)
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all event details, including the venue address, contact information, and any specific requests, are accurate and communicated to Island Style Catering in a timely manner.

Changes to Order
(Required)
Changes to the order, including adjustments to the menu, guest count, or event details, must be communicated to and confirmed with Island Style Catering at least five business days before the scheduled event.
Changes to orders that occur with less than five business days before the order date may result in additional charges of at least $15; if these changes can be accommodated. Also note that the charges may be more if there are additional costs to procure more products to accommodate increases in quantities.
Customer understands and accepts that it may not be feasible for Island Style Catering to accommodate certain changes made to the order after the order is placed.

CUSTOMER SIGNATURE
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have approved the PURCHASE ORDER / INVOICE sent to your email. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
